Once an order is approved, cancellations may be charged a $30 service fee, including but not limited to art charges, paper or product proofs, setup charges, restocking fees (15% of item price), or shipping charges. We will work with you to find a resolution that benefits both parties.
Although we strive for 100% accuracy, errors and inaccuracies may occur. If you encounter an error or inaccuracy, please inform us so it can be corrected. We reserve the right to substitute equivalent items.
UUPromos.com is not liable for special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum liability for damages is limited to the purchase price of the product. We make no warranty as to the performance of any merchandise sold.
