Printing Methods for LOGO Customization

Screen Printing

Screen printing is a printing technique that involves transferring ink or other materials onto a surface through a mesh screen. The process involves creating a stencil, or a screen, which is used to apply the ink to the surface. The stencil is created by blocking out certain areas of the screen using a stencil material or emulsion, leaving open areas where the ink can pass through.

To create a print using screen printing, the screen is first set up with the stencil in place. Ink is then applied to the screen, and a squeegee is used to push the ink through the open areas of the stencil onto the surface below. The process can be repeated with different colors to create multi-colored prints.

Screen printing is commonly used for printing on a variety of materials, including textiles, paper, plastic, metal, and glass. It is used to create a wide range of products, such as t-shirts, posters, stickers, signs, and more. Screen printing is known for producing high-quality prints with sharp lines and vibrant colors, making it a popular choice for graphic designers and artists.

Some advantages of screen printing include:

  1. Durability: Screen printing produces durable and long-lasting prints that withstand repeated use and washing.

  2. Versatility: Screen printing can print on a wide range of materials, including flat and curved surfaces.

  3. Color options: Screen printing allows for a wide range of colors to be used, making it an excellent choice for designs with multiple colors or gradients.

  4. Cost-effective: Screen printing can be a cost-effective option for printing large quantities of items, as the cost per print decreases as the quantity increases.

  5. High quality: Screen printing produces high-quality prints with sharp, crisp lines and vibrant colors, making it a popular choice for graphic designers and artists.

Laser LOGO Printing
Laser logo printing is a process of creating high-quality logos or designs on various surfaces using a laser beam. The process involves using a laser beam to etch or engrave the design onto the surface, creating a permanent and precise mark.

The laser logo printing process involves several steps:

Design: The logo or design is created using graphic design software and prepared for printing.

Set up: The surface to be printed on is prepared and placed in the laser engraving machine.

Positioning: The laser beam is positioned over the surface to ensure precise printing.

Engraving: The laser beam is used to etch or engrave the design onto the surface, creating a permanent mark.

Laser logo printing can be used on a variety of materials, including metals, plastics, wood, leather, and more. It is commonly used for creating customized promotional products, such as keychains, pens, and awards, as well as for branding and personalizing products. Laser logo printing is known for its precision and durability, making it a popular choice for businesses and individuals who want high-quality, long-lasting prints.
LOGO Embroidery
Logo embroidery is the process of sewing a logo or design onto fabric using a needle and thread. The process involves digitizing the logo, or converting it into a format that can be read by an embroidery machine, and then using the machine to stitch the logo onto the fabric.

The logo embroidery process involves several steps:

Design: The logo or design is created using graphic design software and prepared for embroidery.

Digitizing: The design is converted into a format that can be read by an embroidery machine. This involves assigning different types of stitches to different parts of the design to create texture and depth.

Set up: The fabric to be embroidered is placed in an embroidery hoop and secured in place.

Embroidery: The embroidery machine is set up with the design file, and the needle and thread are used to stitch the logo onto the fabric.

Logo embroidery can be used on a variety of fabrics, including clothing, hats, bags, and more. It is commonly used for creating customized uniforms, promotional products, and branded apparel. Logo embroidery is known for its durability and high-quality appearance, making it a popular choice for businesses and individuals who want long-lasting, professional-looking embroidery.
Embossing
Logo embossing is a process of creating a raised, three-dimensional image of a logo or design on a surface, such as paper, leather, or fabric. The process involves using a metal die, which is made from a custom-designed mold of the logo, to press the design into the surface, creating a raised impression.

The logo embossing process involves several steps:

Design: The logo or design is created using graphic design software and prepared for embossing.

Mold-making: A metal die is created from a custom-designed mold of the logo or design.

Set up: The material to be embossed is placed in an embossing machine, and the die is set up in the machine.

Embossing: The die is pressed into the material using heat and pressure, creating a raised impression of the logo or design.

Logo embossing can be used on a variety of materials, including paper, leather, fabric, and more. It is commonly used for creating custom stationery, packaging, and promotional materials, as well as for branding and personalizing products. Logo embossing is known for its elegant and professional appearance, making it a popular choice for businesses and individuals who want to add a touch of sophistication to their printed materials.

Proofing before mass production

Digital proofing

If you want to see the effect of LOGO printed on the product, you can ask us to send the rendering given by our designer when placing an order.

Worried that there will be a big difference between the actual product produced and the design rendering?

Don't worry, UUPromos provides free proofing production services for all customers (except for some printed materials, etc.). As long as your time permits, we are very happy to provide customers with pre-production proofing confirmation services, so that you can see the final appearance of the bulk product before confirming production.

Final product proofing

If you want to confirm a sample of the final printed product, we can make a sample before mass production according to your specified printing process and other requirements for free. You can use the sample to confirm whether the color settings, printing processing and operation details in the printing production process are accurate, and serve as a reference for the visual effect and quality of the final bulk.

Yes it is free

Due to the cost of proofing, we will charge a certain deposit before proofing production. After you place a bulk order, the deposit will be deducted from your order amount or refunded separately. Our free proofing service allows you to adjust or confirm more effectively before mass production.

Please note: Since presswork proofing involves large-scale loss of raw materials, presswork proofing will be charged a cost fee. If it needs to be modified after proofing, or if production is not carried out, the proofing deposit will not be refunded. In addition, due to the color difference of the display and the difference in ink absorption and ink repellency of different materials, all customized products will have a color difference problem. According to industry agreements, a color difference of less than 5% is normal.

If you have any other questions, please contact our customer service directly, we will do our best to give you the best service.
